Who am I?

I’m a 28 year old graphic and inter­face designer, user expe­ri­ence cre­ator, bur­geon­ing web devel­oper, pho­tog­ra­pher and data visu­al­iza­tion­al­ist, based in North­ern Vir­ginia. By day I’m a cor­po­rate designer, work­ing for the man, try­ing to make their humon­gous amounts of data look pretty. At night I go by Trude­sign, a writer, twit­ter addict, researcher, and free­lance designer/proprietor of Trude­sign Stu­dios. I’ve also been called a sci-fi geek, video game jockey, Applewhore(turned Android Lover), Jeeper, out­doors­man, happy hour par­tic­i­pant, and an all around lover of life. I like to write about design and every­day life since I moved from New York and attempt to cul­ti­vate myself and my brand for the future.

What can I do for you?

Cur­rently, I’m will­ing to take on small projects in web design, UX Con­sult­ing logo design, icon design, busi­ness brand­ing and iden­tity design, print design(brochures, busi­ness cards, let­ter­heads, posters, etc), as well pho­tog­ra­phy and photo manipulation/retouching ser­vices. I am well versed in all Adobe pro­grams and some cod­ing lan­guages; XHTML and CSS, I dab­ble in PHP and Javascript, and I can work with Word­Press, CMS’s, Type­Kit, and I love grid based design. I’m also a self-declared social media guru. I know and love Twit­ter, Face­book, Youtube, Linkedin, Digg, and Flickr, and can help you uti­lize these tools to push your brand to the next level. My aver­age rate is around $50 per hour but always depends on the job and it’s circumstances.
